Pro renews every month, or every year, at the same price. If the price goes up, you’re told 30 days before it applies.
Cancel anytime
Turn off auto-renew on Plan in the web app. Pro lasts to the end of the period you paid for, then your account is on Free.
Switch monthly or yearly
Either way, on Plan. The switch happens at your next renewal: nothing is charged the day you switch, and the new term is charged in full on your renewal date.

Do I need an account?
For Free and Pro, yes: one free account, which signing in to the web app makes for you, and Pro upgrades that same account. Your own key, in the Mac and Windows apps, needs none, except for Translate, which always runs on DuoTyping AI Engine.
What happens when I reach a day’s limit?
That count stops until the next day starts, at midnight UTC. The others carry on, as checks, marks as you type and translations are each counted on their own, and spelling marks in Write are never counted. For more each day, there’s Pro: 300 checks, 1,000 marks as you type and 300 translations.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Turn off auto-renew on Plan in the web app, whenever you like. Pro lasts to the end of the period you paid for, then your account is on Free, and nothing more is charged. Until then, you can turn auto-renew back on.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, either way, on Plan, while auto-renew is on. The switch happens at your next renewal: nothing is charged the day you switch, and the new term is charged in full on your renewal date. Until then, you can switch back.
Is there a refund?
Your account’s first purchase of Pro, monthly or yearly, has a 3-day money-back guarantee: write to support@duotyping.com within 3 days of paying for a full refund, and Pro ends then. It’s once per account and covers that first payment, never a renewal. Otherwise, the rest of a period that has started isn’t refunded, unless Creem’s Buyer Terms or the law give you a refund.
Does Pro work on every device?
Yes. Pro belongs to your account, not to one device: wherever you sign in, in the Mac and Windows apps, the browser extension in Chrome and Edge, or Write on the web and your phone, you get Pro’s daily counts.
Can I use my own key?
Yes, in the Mac and Windows apps: OpenAI, Anthropic or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. DuoTyping sets no limit on checks or marks as you type with it, and charges nothing for them; your AI service bills you directly. Translate still runs on DuoTyping AI Engine, from a free account, and the browser extension and Write always use DuoTyping AI Engine.
